At Sea depicts an enig­mat­ic appari­tion in a small fish­ing vil­lage on the south­ern coast of Sri Lan­ka. This east­ern and west­ern dream/vision appears to the view­er inex­plic­a­bly and mirac­u­lous­ly In the quo­tid­i­an life of that town.
